Bio: Born and raised in a far corner of Northeast New England, I have a Yankee's can-do-make-do attitude, a prepper's mind, and a homesteaders heart. At the Wellspring School for Asian Bodywork in Boise, ID I learned the ancient art of Amma -- a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Recently, I received my Associates Degree in Complimentary and Alternative Medicine with my major being in Herbal Medicine from The American College of Healthcare Sciences.
